Cancellations and Refunds

 

• Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee applies based on how close to the tour date you cancel.

  • No fee: Cancel 7 or more days before the tour.

  • 30% fee: Cancel between 3 and 6 days before the tour.

  • 100% fee: Cancel 2 or fewer days before the tour.

• Weather Policy: If a tour is canceled due to bad weather, you will receive a 100% refund, and no cancellation fee will be applied. The company will contact you individually by the day before the tour if bad weather is expected.

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to the credit card used for payment.
